Head of E-commerce

As Head of E-commerce, I led the day-to-day management and growth of official automotive accessory sales across multiple manufacturer brands, ensuring strong performance, accurate product data, and a consistent customer experience across every channel. The role covered four core areas:
Multi-Channel E-commerce Management (Amazon Prime, eBay & Magento 2)
- Managed online trading and order fulfilment for official accessory ranges for Vauxhall, Hyundai, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo across Amazon (Prime), eBay, and dedicated Magento websites.
- Ensured listings were accurate, compliant, and optimised—covering titles, item specifics, imagery, fitment information, pricing, and promotions where applicable.
- Monitored channel performance and maintained high operational standards across multiple brand storefronts.
Centralised Channel Control (Linnworks)
- Used Linnworks to manage listings, stock allocation, and order flow across all channels, keeping inventory accurate and reducing overselling and fulfilment errors.
- Built and maintained structured workflows for product onboarding, updates, and ongoing catalogue maintenance across marketplaces and websites.
- Linnworks was linked directly to MAM Software, which was used for warehouse management and accounting.
Stock & Inventory Management (MAM Software)
- Managed stock control using MAM Stock Software Management.
- Maintained accurate stock records and supported efficient replenishment and availability across all sales channels.
Manufacturer & Stakeholder Management
- Held regular progress meetings with manufacturer representatives, providing updates on performance, improvements, and operational priorities.
- Ensured each brand’s online presence met expected standards while supporting commercial growth.
Reason for leaving
Following a change in leadership and strategy after the owner’s passing, the business moved away from e-commerce and reduced investment in the function, so I chose to pursue a role with a stronger long-term digital growth focus.
